Storyteller for Change

Orla McKeating is an award-winning international speaker, TEDx contributor, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion leader with a powerful mission: to create trusted spaces where all people feel seen, heard, valued, and celebrated, especially children.

As the founder of Still I Rise Diversity Storytelling, Orla brings transformative learning through storytelling to life.

Her organisation delivers workshops for children and young people, as well as training for adults and educators on often-overlooked issues such as race, neurodiversity, male mental health, LGBTQ+ inclusion, disability, diverse families, and immigration.

TEDx

With her authentic presence and gift for connection, Orla offers more than a keynote, she creates experiences that move people to reflection and action. A two-time TEDx speaker, she has spoken on Race & the Stigma of Single Parenting (Stormont, 2019) and The Three Pillars of Privilege (Enniskillen, 2022), both of which challenged audiences to reframe their understanding of power, identity, and inclusion.

Orla’s storytelling is deeply personal and professionally grounded, inspiring audiences to confront bias, embrace equity, and lead with empathy.

Whether addressing educators, parents, corporate leaders, or grassroots communities, she equips people with the insight and tools to become changemakers in their own spaces.
